Our client, a respected Estate Agent in Brentwood, is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their expanding firm.
The ideal candidate should possess local area knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service.
The position offers a competitive basic salary with an OTE of up to £40,000, along with a company car or car allowance.
Candidates are expected to have a proven track record in estate agency and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Working hours include Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays on a rotational basis.

Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Brentwood area, is looking to employ a Senior Sales Negotiator for their expanding firm. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has local area experience / knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 09:00– 18:00
Saturday’s | 1 out of 2 | 09:00 – 17:00

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

Strong computer skills
Previous track record in estate agency
Self-Motivation
Ability to work as a Team Player
Excellent Communication Skills

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

Attend Valuations and Secure instructions for the branch
Attend Viewing Appointments and support the offer process
Work closely with in-house departments to support cross-selling.
