Due to business growth our client are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join their highly reputable independent Estate Agency in Brentwood, Essex.The ideal candidate will stand out from the competition and will be a key player in the company's continued growth within the local area.They are looking for a smart and confident individual who is currently working in Estate Agency and who has experience as a Valuer/lister. You will need to be proactive and self-motived to generate new business, be client focussed to deliver exceptional customer service. Duties to include, but not limited:路Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market路Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring clients receive the best customer service路Qualifying potential buyers路Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties路Negotiate offers and agree sales 路Create and design property marketing details路Maintain all records to a high standard and in line with all necessary legislationSkills and qualities of a suitable candidate:路Valuation/Listing experience in estate agency路Hard working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals路Professional, organised and have a great work ethic路Polite and well spoken路Have truly exceptional customer service skills路Strong communication skills both verbally and written路Full driving licence and own carSalary: 拢30,000 per annum OTE 拢55,000Supplemental pay路Bonus scheme路Commission pay路Mileage allowance路Commission structure路Support to study and gain industry specific qualifications路Opportunity for promotion within the company路Pension SchemeHours: 5 days per week including Saturday on a rota basis with a day off in lieu in the week
