Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Brentwood area, is looking to employ a Senior Sales Negotiator for their expanding firm. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has local area experience / knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

- Up to £40,000 OTE

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday | 09:00– 18:00
- Saturday’s | 1 out of 2 | 09:00 – 17:00
- Day in Lieu
Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Previous track record in estate agency
- Self-Motivation
- Ability to work as a Team Player
- Excellent Communication Skills
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Attend Valuations and Secure instructions for the branch
- Attend Viewing Appointments and support the offer process
- Work closely with in-house departments to support cross-selling.
