Position: Recruitment Consultant - BrentwoodSalary: NegotiableLocation: Based in Brentwood - Hybrid Working Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients in the social work industry.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for social work positions.
  • Manage the placement process from start to finish, including negotiation of terms and contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients.
