Position: Recruitment Consultant - BrentwoodSalary: NegotiableLocation: Based in Brentwood - Hybrid Working Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients in the social work industry.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for social work positions.
Manage the placement process from start to finish, including negotiation of terms and contracts.
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients.
