Accounts and Office Manager required to join our established client in what will play a pivotal role in the business. The annual salary is between 30,000 - 35,000 with working hours of Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Duties:

  • Utilise sage for financial record-keeping
  • Responsible for all accounts tasks
  • Liaise with the organisations external Accountant to ensure all required information is submitted as requested
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and suppliers
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
  • Utilise organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
  • Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Perform administrative duties as required
  • Supervise office operations to ensure compliance with company policies

Experience required:

  • Previous all-round accounts experience
  • Experience using Sage
  • Previous office management experience is desirable
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
