Randstad Education is looking for dynamic art teachers to work in schools around the Brentwood area of Essex. These opportunities are open to both part time and full time Art teachers. They are rewarding roles to infuse pupils with new artistic knowledge and approaches which will actually make a difference.

Requirements:

  • QTS (Qualified teaching status) is essential.
  • An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
  • Experience teaching art in a secondary school.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse artistic skills and teaching methods.
  • Passion for fostering creativity and supporting student development.

  • Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge students in their art studies.
  • Promote progress and positive outcomes for students by providing effective instruction.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the subject and curriculum, fostering student's artistic knowledge and skills.
  • Plan and deliver well-structured art lessons that engage and accommodate the strengths and needs of all students.
  • Utilise assessment effectively and productively to inform instruction and monitor student progress.
