Responsibilities

  • Handing out/collecting in work and explaining tasks to the class
  • Ensuring that Students stay on-task during lessons
  • Following the school's Behaviour Policy to ensure good classroom management
  • Communicating effectively with students and colleagues.
  • Support students in completing their work, providing guidance and timely assistance.
  • Collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure continuity and quality of education during cover periods.
  • Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions as required.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
  • Relevant experience in the UK schools
  • Provide 2 professional references
  • Strong communication, behaviour and management skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
