We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our supportive and thriving primary school community in Brentwood. About the Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, stimulating lessons and supporting the academic, emotional, and social development of your students. You will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning, while ensuring high standards of achievement and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel valued and supported
Work closely with other staff to develop cross-curricular projects and activities
Promote students personal development, well-being, and behaviour
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings
Contribute to the ongoing development of the school and its teaching practices
The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
A passion for primary education and working with young children
Creative, enthusiastic, and able to engage students through inspiring lessons
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience in teaching Year 3 is desirable, but not essential
A commitment to providing a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
