As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high store standards. The Role – Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation
  • Drive sales and profitability by developing and implementing effective strategies
  • Manage and motivate the store team to deliver results and maintain a positive working environment
  • Oversee stock control, including stock movement, availability, and ordering
  • Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends and improve business performance
  • Monitor and manage store budgets, P&L, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management on store performance
  • Lead by example in customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
