Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate PMLD Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in special education and a passion for working with children with diverse needs. You will create and deliver engaging, individualised lesson plans tailored to each students abilities and interests. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement personalised educational programs for students with PMLD. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for each student. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student development. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with students with PMLD or in special education settings. Strong understanding of individual learning needs and effective teaching strategies.
