Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement personalised educational programs for students with PMLD. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for each student. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student development.
