The company

A well-established business based in Brentwood are looking for a friendly and proactive receptionist to join their facilities team. Working within this business will allow you to develop your skills and grow within the business. This friendly team will support you throughout your training and help you to progress in your career.

Duties

  • Ensuring that the reception area is always kept tidy and presentable
  • Ensuring that guests are greeted in a professional and yet friendly manner
  • Bring the first point of contact for customer and clients who call the offices
  • Assisting with facilities management for the offices
  • Overseeing the diary management of meetings room
  • Creating and distributing security passes for all visitors to the building
  • Overseeing that site visits are planned and organised effectively
  • Preparing and organising catering for internal meetings
  • Preparing and arranging both local and internal travel for the SMT and issuing itineraries
  • Supporting with any Health and Safety requirements that may arise
