The Wiggett Group is a leader in social housing, committed to delivering exceptional services. We're looking for a proactive Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet, ensuring efficiency and compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

  • Manage a fleet of vans, scheduling MOTs, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Handle vehicle-related issues, including repairs and breakdowns.
  • Coordinate van orders, branding, and installation of tracking devices with third-party vendors.

Monitoring and Compliance

  • Oversee the RAM Tracking System to monitor driver behavior and ensure compliance.
  • Inspect onboard cameras to ensure proper functionality and visibility.
  • Address safety concerns or incidents flagged by the tracking system.

Stock and Equipment

  • Maintain and organize van stock, ensuring regular replenishment and upkeep.
  • Order and deliver materials and equipment to project sites as needed.
  • Arrange supplier pickups when necessary.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in logistics, fleet management, or facilities coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in logistics tools and systems (RAM Tracking experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid UK drivers license.
