Description

  • Provide strategic financial leadership for the company.
  • Manage and oversee the entire financial department.
  • Lead and coordinate budgeting and planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
  • Oversee the production of monthly reports, annual financial statements and cash flow projections.
  • Manage company investments and cash needs.
  • Engage with the board of directors on financial issues and investment decisions.

Profile

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning and organisational skills.
  • Highly proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
