Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer will support the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, driving operational excellence and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards across the organisation.
Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer will have experience working in a Quality Engineer role preferably within an engineering / manufacturing environment, developing, implementing, and reviewing company policies and ISO Audits to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.

Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer Role
- Will support the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with ISO9001: 2015 driving operational excellence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards across the organisation
- Drive initiatives to optimise workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and foster continuous improvement across departments
- Develop and optimise quality policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and deliver training session on quality management for employees at all levels
- Support multiple branch locations throughout the UK when required
Quality Engineer / Senior Quality Officer Requirements
- Experience working in a Quality Engineer role, preferably within an engineering / manufacturing environment, developing, implementing, and reviewing company policies and ISO Audits to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance
- Experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, SeniorQuality Officer, QHSE Engineer, QHSE Officer, or similar.
- An ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Certificate is essential
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance
- Will be willing to work Hybrid between the office near Bridgend and branches throughout the UK when required.
