What You'll Be Doing:
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and handling payment runs
- Maintaining accurate records of all payments and transactions
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to manage queries efficiently
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting tasks
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required
