We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Reconciliations Clerk to join a reputable company's finance team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records by performing account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with internal teams to resolve issues. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and experience in accounting or finance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and other financial documents on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
- Identify and investigate discrepancies or variances in financial records
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar field
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
