Key Responsibilities:

As a QC Laboratory Technician, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the quality of our products. Your main responsibilities will include:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to ensure our products meet customer requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with production and engineering teams to monitor and enforce quality standards, perform quality control testing, and document results in line with company protocols. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), and support continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and comply with industry standards.
  • Perform quality control testing at different stages of the manufacturing process to confirm compliance with product specifications.
  • Identify and resolve issues such as reconciliation discrepancies and out-of-specification readings.
  • Monitor adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the production process.
  • Document test results, deviations, and corrective actions following company protocols.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality-related issues and provide necessary support.

What We're Looking For:

  • A detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in quality control is ideal, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with pipetting techniques is a plus but not essential
  • A willingness to learn, as we provide 3 months of comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift work DAYS AND NIGHTS, of 3 days on and 4 days off, alternating between day and night shifts.
  • Day shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:15 PM
  • Night shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM
  • Totaling 35.25 hours per week, with 11.75 hours per shift.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of 23,111 + a 23% shift premium, totaling 28,426.53.
  • Hourly pay rate of 15.45 inclusive of shift allowance
