Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

We are working with a well-renowned civil engineering group with a specific focus on clean & wastewater infrastructure.

The company has multiple long-term frameworks, operating across the region and a good pipeline of future work.

Due to continuous regional growth and multiple new contract wins, they have an opportunity within their commercial team for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a freelance basis, with the possibility of continuous work until March 2025.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years post-graduation experience, working as a quantity surveyor in the civil engineering sector.

Candidate profile:

• HND or HNC degree in a construction-related subject.
• Relevant experience gained with a proven track record in the civil engineering sector.
• Familiar with balance sheets, profit, and loss accounts, and business plans
• Knowledge of cost control, work in progress, procurement, and commercial aspects.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
