I am working with a Bridgend based business looking to recruit a Business Development Executive. This role is well suited to a candidate with a background in sales and business development who is looking to grow and develop their career. As part of a wider organisation, this will afford you the opportunity to develop your career into a multitude of different avenues.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Preparing sales presentations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience dealing with electrical wholesalers will be beneficial to applicants.
  • Outbound sales experience.
  • Sales and Business Development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
