Business Development Executive

Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and client engagement? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join a dynamic internal sales team. What You’ll Do:

Sales Support & Client Engagement

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively promoting products and services.
  • Manage quotes, proposals, and sales orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with the external sales team to follow up on leads and support client projects.

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and CRM tools to generate leads.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the external sales team.

Product Knowledge & Client Solutions

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Address client inquiries with professionalism, escalating issues when needed.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and product presentations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Experience in the lighting or related industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
