Are you a highly skilled and detail-oriented 3D Laser Programmer/Operator? In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating 3D laser cutting machines to produce precise components. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in CNC programming and laser cutting technology.



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate 3D laser cutting machines to accurately cut and shape materials based on design specifications.
  • Create, refine, and optimize CNC programs for efficient laser cutting operations.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to determine appropriate machine settings.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and precision.
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished components using precision measuring tools to verify compliance with standards.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to laser programming and machine operations.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and workflow.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of machine performance, maintenance schedules, and quality control documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in 3D laser programming and operation (Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, or similar brands preferred).
  • Proficiency in CNC programming software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Lantek, SigmaNEST, or other CAD/CAM software).
  • Strong understanding of metals and materials processing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
  • Experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
