Reed Recruitment are partnered with an exciting company looking for a Senior Project Engineer. This role is pivotal in driving the technical aspects of our key and complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver the technical scope of projects.
  • Own the product roadmap and collaborate closely with the Business Development team to understand market needs and customer requirements.
  • Oversee projects from pure R&D to through-life Post Design Services (PDS) customer support.
  • Provide engineering leadership during bid preparations and proposals.
  • Prepare, review, and approve technical documentation.
  • Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in engineering design and manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional project teams.
