An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedContracts Manager to join a reputable property services company based in Bridgend. Our client provides a full range of property maintenance, refurbishment, and construction services across both residential and commercial sectors. With a reputation for delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong client relationships, they are looking to expand their team with a highly skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and manage key projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate multiple contracts, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure the efficient execution of all stages of the contract

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring excellent communication throughout the lifecycle of each project

Oversee project risk management, health & safety compliance, and site operations

Review contracts and agreements, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met
-
Supervise project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure objectives are achieved

Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly

Ensure all materials, resources, and staffing are properly allocated and managed for optimal project delivery
Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within the property services or construction industry

Strong understanding of construction and property maintenance processes

Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively to achieve project goals

Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk management, and quality control standards

Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree or diploma in construction management, project management) are preferred but not essential
