Conveyancer

The Role

As a Conveyancer, you will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds.
  • Managing the entire conveyancing process, including title checks, contract drafting, and liaising with third parties.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Delivering exceptional client service while working within a collaborative and high-performing team.
