TSR Legal are seeking a talented professional to join a respected legal firm as a Senior Residential Conveyancer in Bridgend. This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established team and help the firm reach the next level.
The successful candidate must have 5 years post qualification experience most recently at a senior level within the legal profession. You will be expected to take on a leadership role. Your primary focus will be to ensure that clients receive the best possible service in the most efficient and cost-effective way. You will have the ability to manage a large and complex caseload, with a focus on providing excellent client care.
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior residential conveyancing role.• A proven track record of handling complex cases.• Excellent communication and client-care skills.• A strong understanding of the conveyancing process.• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.• A working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
