The position will run until February but may be extended further with a possibility of a permanent role within the department or within the business in general!

Before you apply

  • the role is office based - no hybrid on offer
  • you will need to be able to work 8am- 4:30pm/8:30am - 5pm and 9am - 5:30pm on a rota
  • you will be required to work some overtime and Saturdays - paid at overtime rates

Working for a local company with international fame you will be:

  • Taking orders and queries via the phone as well as email
  • Processing orders
  • Updating customers on the progress of their order
  • Dealing with Amazon / eBay and social media orders and enquires
  • Liaising with stock control so you can ensure customer orders are fulfilled
  • Manifesting and shipping when needed
