- Maintain and repair all equipment within product range.
- Identify, document, and report any machine damage.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service and maintenance records.
- Provide onsite services for customers, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Participate in the on-call rota when required
- Prior experience in the generator/Plant industry or similar
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and self-motivated, you will be keen to embrace new training opportunities
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written
- Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
- Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
