Salary: £37,000 - £42,000
Shift: Mon-Fri Days
Location: Pyle, Bridgend
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing company. The role requires an electrically biased engineer with an electrical qualification. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently to minimise downtime. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a proactive approach to maintenance. Skills required for Maintenance Engineer:
- Electrically biased with strong fault-finding skills and an understanding of mechanical systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
