Moxie People's working with a Housing Association based in Bridgend that's looking for an Electrician for a newly created role within their repairs team.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Property Services Manager to perform electrical maintenance, including responsive repairs, voids, planned works, and testing & inspection across South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake electrical duties such as responsive repairs and planned maintenance
• Manage your own daily workload, prioritising jobs effectively
• Work independently on tasks, using your initiative to resolve issues
• Replace switches, light fittings, cable runs, and more
• Complete minor works certificates and perform inspection and testing on electrical systems

Requirements:

• 18th Edition certification
• Testing and inspection certification
• Previous experience in electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations
