**High Voltage Jointer Manager**

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled High Voltage Jointer/Manager to lead our team of jointers and oversee high voltage jointing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of high voltage systems and a proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a team of high voltage jointers, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise high voltage jointing projects from inception to completion.

- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project plans and risk assessments.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the jointers, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in high voltage jointing, with a minimum of 2years in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of high voltage jointing techniques, materials, and safety standards.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
