We are working with a family run IFA based in Bridgend who are looking for a new Independent Financial Adviser to join the team. The firm provides full holistic financial planning services and focuses on High Net Worth clients.

The business generates a lot of business through referrals but at present they are not able to take on any new clients as all advisers are at capacity. The new Independent Financial Adviser will be handed all referrals and incoming client leads.

On offer is a generous package constituting a base salary, 30% bonus on all new business and a fixed fee for annual reviews.

What’s Required?

Level 4 diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
2+ years experience providing regulated financial advice in the UK
