The team is composed of skilled professionals who are passionate about their work and strive to exceed client expectations.Your new roleYour new role is a dual role of Quality & Safety Officer. This position requires someone who is knowledgeable about ISO standards, is hands-on and not afraid to roll up their sleeves. The role is officer level, with a heavy focus on supporting senior management with administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for risk assessments, document control, and auditing.What you'll need to succeed

  • NEBOSH (Occupational or Construction) or Quality Management Systems certification.
  • Knowledge of incident & accident investigations.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety, Quality Policies, JMS, SSOW, RAMS, and other QMS documentation.
  • Experience in risk & hazard management.
  • Knowledge of and maintaining ISO standards 45001, 9001, 14001 accreditations.
  • Auditing experience of internal departments.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company at client meetings and visits.
  • Ability to monitor and review safety & quality processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of document control procedures.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and cover holiday periods.
  • A full clean driving licence
