Involve Recruitment are looking for a hardworking and proactive Trade Administrator to support our senior admin team at a world-leading sports manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, is highly IT literate, and has the ability to complete administrative duties quickly and efficiently. You will be integral in helping ensure the smooth operation of our business processes by taking ownership of tasks and delivering results with minimal supervision.
This role does not offer hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring smooth order entry and tracking.
- Admin Support: Provide general administrative support to the senior admin team, handling routine and ad-hoc tasks efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Take and manage customer orders and inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Software Use: Be proficient in using Sage, Oracle, or similar systems to input data, manage orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Independent Work: Work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and ensure the completion of tasks quickly.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate issues, take proactive steps to resolve them, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Efficient Task Management: Complete administrative duties quickly and accurately, prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in a trade or manufacturing environment.
- IT Literacy: Strong proficiency with Sage, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a general comfort with new software.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, self-sufficient, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
- Independent: Ability to work independently and stay focused on achieving results without constant supervision.
- Efficiency: Strong ability to work quickly and accurately, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communication Skills: Professional with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
