The hours of work are between 8am - 4:30pm/9am - 5:30pm - the ability to complete either is needed to ensure the department is covered at all times.The role is 100% office based.

You will:

  • be working closely with the manager to develop plans to increase sales
  • be overseeing the existing marketplaces and developing plans to increase sales
  • manage listings, optimise product visibility, identify and follow up on new opportunities and analyse data to assist you
  • liaise with other internal departments to ensure stock availability
  • prepare & process shipments for multiple countries.
  • prepare commercial invoices and any paperwork required, ready for dispatching goods abroad.
  • review stock and shipment issues
  • work with the warehouse team to pack/prepare shipments in busy periods
  • complete competitor research

For the day to day of the role will need to:

  • ideally 2 years experience of managing market place platforms
  • the ability to work with spreadsheet and manipulate them with changing data
  • experience of using ERP/CRM/ecommerce software platforms
  • the ability to analyse data, interpret it to use
  • be good at working with others as you will be liaising with many other departments
  • have experience managing stock purchased from platform sales
  • be able to prioritise.
  • willing to take on roles that may not sit in your remit
  • be an absolute team player
