If this sounds like you then you could be in luck! Academics are looking for a Primary NQT to work in Bridgend in great schools. If you need to add to your induction year then these roles could be a great fit for you, whilst also adding to your hands on experience teaching in primary schools!
These roles are looking to start in April and last to the end of the Academic year. There will also be an opportunity for extension into the next academic year from September onwards, performance depending and if the school thinks you're doing a fantastic job!
Expectations of a Primary NQT in Bridgend:
You need to have completed your PGCE with QTS and have rights to work in the UK documents. An enhanced DBS and registration to the EWC is also essential.
We also need two recent and professional references ideally from your time completing your placements in Primary schools!
Being able to deliver successful lessons whilst also having effective classroom management is essential in this role. Delegating efficiently to teaching assistants and keeping professional relationships with all other staff members is also key to this role.
