• Patience & Positivity: A positive attitude and patience are key to supporting and nurturing young learners.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work in different classroom environments and adapt to various teaching styles.
• Desirable Qualifications: While not essential, qualifications in education or childcare are a plus.
