QUALITY MANAGER - CARDIFF

PERM/FULL TIME

Manpower are recruiting for a Quality Manager for our clients manufacturing facility in Wales.

This expanding site hosts a well established team on the outskirts of Cardiff, a continually growing business, working in a fast paced role the ideal candidate would have time served or extensive knowledge to offer our client.

Role

  • Establish and implement quality control procedures for precast concrete products.
  • Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished precast elements to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure that all processes and products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
  • Ensure all testing and inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Ensure that all quality control processes adhere to health and safety protocols to protect workers.
