This firm is renowned for placing clients at the centre of their practice, with a team of legal experts dedicated to simplifying even the most complex legal issues. Their focus is on delivering clear, practical advice that consistently achieves the best outcomes for their clients.The firm’s expertise spans a range of legal areas, including housing & property, family law, wills & probate, employment, and litigation. Additionally, they provide specialist commercial law services for businesses of all sizes. With over 400 staff working across 14 offices, my client offers the resources and expertise to handle both individual and corporate legal matters.As part of their growing team, the Bridgend office is looking for legal professionals to manage a variety of residential property cases, including sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. The role will involve managing a caseload efficiently and cost-effectively, building relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Fee generation in line with business targets is also a key aspect of this role, alongside managing work quality and productivity with minimal supervision.The ideal candidate for this position will hold a relevant qualification (such as solicitor, CILEx, or CLC) or have strong experience in managing a conveyancing caseload. You should have a solid background in client case management and fee-earning within conveyancing, be process-driven, and possess a keen commercial understanding of business targets.
