An exciting role has arisen for a Legal Administration Assistant to join a supportive and progressive law firm based in Bridgend offering a unique chance to thrive within a reputable Conveyancing department. You will be working as part of the New Business team to maintain good relationship with new business introducers.

You will be required to have administration experience ideally from a legal or professional services background along with excellent customer service skills.

The firm have a proven track record of training and developing staff, offering long term opportunities to progress within the firm.

Duties include

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Conveyancing department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Prepare correspondence using a case management system, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person, offering guidance and support throughout their move.
  • Administer filing systems, including daily filing and the management of client files.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new business introducers
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, and arrange the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
