Your new companyYour new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Bridgend. They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

Your new roleYour new role as a Legal Secretary will be a varied role consisting of various responsibilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working within a pool of secretaries
  • Working as a part of a team to support fee earners
  • Audio typing
  • Preparation of documents and correspondence
  • General administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and handling telephone and email queries
  • Arranging client appointments
  • Diary management duties

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be an individual who is proactive with great organisational and time-management skills. You will have audio skills or experience in the legal sector as an audio typist / secretary. You must possess great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. You must be skilled at multitasking and possess a keen eye for detail.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive salary between £23,000 - £24,000. You will be joining a friendly and welcoming team and working within a clean, professional office environment. You will have access to free parking. The company offers a generous pension scheme and a holiday allowance of 23 days + bank holidays.
