- Accurately transcribing legal correspondence and documents from audio recordings, ensuring all outputs meet the firm’s high standards.
- Managing and organising client files, maintaining the firm’s filing system, and retrieving documents as needed.
- Assisting with diary management and scheduling meetings for colleagues across the team.
- Providing administrative support, including printing, photocopying, and preparing client documents.
- Proofreading and formatting legal documents for clarity and professionalism.
- Offering general administrative assistance to the legal team.
- Previous experience in audio transcription or secretarial work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
- Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
