This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong office administration and audio transcription experience to join a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately transcribe legal correspondence and documents from audio recordings, ensuring all outputs meet the firm’s high standards.
  • Manage and organise client files, maintaining the firm’s filing system and retrieving documents as needed.
  • Assist with diary management and schedule meetings for colleagues across the team.
  • Provide administrative support, including printing, photocopying, and preparing client documents.
  • Proofread and format legal documents for clarity and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the legal team.
About You:
  • Previous experience in audio transcription or secretarial work is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accurate and professional documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
  • Experience with case management software is advantageous but not required.
