- Accurately transcribe legal correspondence and documents from audio recordings, ensuring all outputs meet the firm’s high standards.
- Manage and organise client files, maintaining the firm’s filing system and retrieving documents as needed.
- Assist with diary management and schedule meetings for colleagues across the team.
- Provide administrative support, including printing, photocopying, and preparing client documents.
- Proofread and format legal documents for clarity and professionalism.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the legal team.
- Previous experience in audio transcription or secretarial work is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accurate and professional documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
- Experience with case management software is advantageous but not required.
-  Salary circa £23,000 per annum.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
