This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong office administration and audio transcription experience to join a high-performing team in a warm and welcoming environment.About the Role:As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team while working in a friendly atmosphere where collaboration and mutual respect thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Accurately transcribing legal correspondence and documents from audio recordings, ensuring all outputs meet the firm’s high standards.
  • Managing and organising client files, maintaining the firm’s filing system, and retrieving documents as needed.
  • Assisting with diary management and scheduling meetings for colleagues across the team.
  • Providing administrative support, including printing, photocopying, and preparing client documents.
  • Proofreading and formatting legal documents for clarity and professionalism.
  • Offering general administrative assistance to the legal team.
About You:
  • Previous experience in audio transcription or secretarial work 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
