**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Provide full support to Solicitors to ensure efficient operation.- Prepare correspondence using case management systems.- Handle client communication both over the phone and in person.- Administer filing systems, including daily filing, opening/closing/storage/retrieval of client files.- Prepare and dispatch mail and enclosures.- Manage diaries and appointments.- Arrange scanning and photocopying of paperwork.- Type audio dictations.- Undertake other duties as required.- Address routine client correspondence and queries.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
- Strong knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing.- Ability to take initiative and perform searches and ID checks.- High levels of speed and accuracy in work.- Proficient in audio typing from dictation.- Comfortable speaking with clients both on the phone and in person.- Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable.
