A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly regarded law firm based in Bridgend.

This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Duties include

  • Provide comprehensive support to solicitors, ensuring they can operate at peak efficiency
  • Prepare correspondence using a sophisticated case management system.
  • Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person, delivering exceptional service
  • Administer filing systems, including daily filing and the management of client files
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Manage diaries, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are meticulously organised
