Residential Conveyancer

TSR Legal is looking for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a reputable legal firm in Bridgend. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established team and contribute to the firm's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, most recently in a senior role within the legal sector. You will be expected to take on leadership responsibilities, focusing on providing clients with the highest quality service in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will manage a large, complex caseload while maintaining excellent client care.

Key skills and experience required:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior residential conveyancing.• A proven ability to handle complex cases.• Excellent communication and client-care skills.• A deep understanding of the conveyancing process.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
