Yolk Recruitment is supporting a local established and respected manufacturing business in the Bridgend area in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a permanent days-based shift.

As Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
- Supporting improvement projects to enhance machine performance and reliability
- Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime
The experience you'll bring to the team:
- Experience in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
- Competence in mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair
- A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent)
And this is what you'll get in return:
- £40,000 annual salary
- Monday to Friday day shifts (no nights or weekends)
