Facilities Receptionist/Assistant

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We now have exciting opportunity for a Facilities Receptionist/Coordinator
to join one of our major client's team within the FM sector based in the Bridgend area on a Temporary to permanent for the right person.
Shifts :
- Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:00pm
Role Responsibility:
- Opening office each morning.
- Reviewing the office and setting it up for the day e.g. filling coffee machines, spot checks on cleaners, turn air con on, H&S check, checking no leaks in the toilet etc - could set up a checklist for these.
- Raising jobs for repairs, maintenance etc
- Ordering of office supplies / cleaning equipment etc
- Welcoming and signing in staff external to Bridgend, including execs, visitors / contractors and escorting round site or between the office spaces as required.
- Front of house first point of contact and managing the intercom etc.
- Room booking / hotel booking / travel booking e.g. taxis, hospitality booking e.g. for visitors, leadership team.
- Managing post - in and outwards
- General office support - e.g. scanning invoices, forwarding to other internal departments e.g. account payable.
- Covering phones
- Supporting in the planning of charitable and team events
- Would need to be proactive, multiskilled, adaptable, be able to communicate at all levels.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Facilities, Reception or Concierge background preferred
- Wiling to go the Extra Mile
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent Attention to detail
