Expectations of a Primary Teacher in Bridgend:
You will need to be able to deliver successful lessons within the classroom, whilst delegating efficiently to Teaching assistants in order to run the lesson smoothly. Good classroom management skills will also be needed to control the behaviour of the pupils.
Additionally, you will need to be able to build and maintain professional relationships with staff in the school whilst being a role model for all pupils.
We will need two recent and professional teaching references from you, as well as you holding an enhanced DBS and being singed up to the EWC.
