Your new companyYour new company is an exciting and growing organisation based in Bridgend. My client is seeking a proactive and organised individual to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new roleIn your new role as Office Manager, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing the office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Coordinating with the IT department on all office equipment.
  • Ensuring the office is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Planning in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.

What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. You should be highly organised with excellent time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Additionally, you must be IT-savvy and proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking, prioritising their workload, and working with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000. You will work Monday-Friday in a permanent position.
